Today is an exhilarating ride as we leave the Bolaven Plateau, cycling along undulating roads with a mix of climbs and descents. Some of the ascents are lengthy but gradual—one stretch of about 5 km, and another of 14 km.
Afterward, we enjoy a rewarding downhill ride. Along the way, we stop at a Katu minority village to explore local life, observe traditional weaving practices, and relax with a cup of authentic ethnic-style coffee. We then continue our journey to the beautiful Tad Phasum Waterfall, where we pause for lunch and a refreshing break before riding on to Pakse for an overnight stay.
