1. Purpose

This policy establishes our company’s framework for minimizing negative visitor impact and enhancing visitor satisfaction during excursions to environmentally, culturally, and socially sensitive areas within activities and destinations.
It ensures all operations align with international responsible tourism principles, national regulations, and locally agreed practices.


2. Policy Objectives
•    Minimize environmental degradation and cultural disturbance.
•    Maximize educational and emotional value for visitors.
•    Strengthen collaboration with host communities and local authorities.
•    Promote respect, safety, and sustainability throughout all operations.


3. General Visitor Guidelines and Code of Conduct Policy for Activities and Destinations

A. Respect for Local Culture and Communities
•    Visitors must respect local traditions, customs, and social norms.
•    Permission is required before photographing individuals, ceremonies, or sacred sites.
•    Modest dress and appropriate behavior are mandatory in conservative or sacred areas.
•    Direct donations to children or individuals are discouraged; support is channelled through community-led initiatives.
•    Preference should be given to local products and services that reflect authentic craftsmanship and fair pricing.

B. Protection of Nature and Wildlife
•    Wildlife observation shall occur at a safe and respectful distance.
•    No feeding, touching, or harassment of animals is permitted.
•    Visitors must remain on marked trails and follow park authority instructions.
•    Natural objects (plants, stones, shells, etc.) shall not be collected or removed.
•    Waste must be minimized; all litter should be carried out or disposed of appropriately.
