Return to the lodge to check out and prepare for the day's adventure. Pick up your bike and ride to Ban Khiet Ngong, a quaint village where you'll gain insights into local culture and traditions. From here, follow the scenic Roads 18 and 13, cycling through serene landscapes to the ferry dock for a short crossing to Champassak township. Arrive in Champassak and enjoy a delightful lunch at a river restaurant. Savor the flavors of the region while soaking in stunning views of the Mekong River.
After lunch, cycle a few kilometers through quiet rural roads and idyllic farmlands to reach the Wat Phou Museum and the Wat Phou temple complex. Explore the intricately designed structures and learn about the rich history of this sacred place. We'll transfer to Pakse in the late afternoon.
