After a leisurely breakfast, we check out, load luggage/suitcases on support vehicles, and have a sampan boat ride to explore the colorful Cai Rang floating market. It takes about 30 minutes to reach the market giving us a great time to watch morning activities; people on small ferries crossing rivers! Women washed their clothes by the river, sampan boats with long-tailed engines and wooden cargo boats steering from different directions. As we enter the floating market, many boats laden with fruits, vegetables, and commodities for trade. Sellers advertise their wares by crying out across the waters or tying their goods to a tall pole attached to their boat so that buyers can see what is for sale from a distance. This is a memorable experience for excellent photo opportunities. Afterward, we disembark your boat and briefly transfer to Binh Minh where we explore the fertile farmlands and vibrant villages through the rivers, and canals of Tam Binh, then to Long Ho. Stop along the way for a short break, and interact with hospitable locals. Lunch will serve at locals before a transfer to Vinh Long City. Enjoy a boat ride, cross the Co Chien River, and enter the Dong Phu River through An Binh Island. Stay a night at your local home. In the evening, help the host to prepare dinner, learn how to cook local specialties for your own, and dine together.
