Don Khong - Don Som - Don Det - Don Khon

Embark on a relaxed cycling journey across four stunning islands in southern Laos, starting from the hotel, the longest island in the Mekong River—pedal along scenic back roads, marveling at the picturesque landscape. Travel on narrow trails along the river, passing traditional stilted houses and waving children greeting you with cheerful hellos.

Take a public ferry to Don Som, where you'll resume cycling along the eastern bank. Ride through vibrant villages and scenic trails, making frequent stops to immerse yourself in the local culture and learn about the lives of the Laotians.

Next, board another ferry to Don Det Island and enjoy a delicious, authentic lunch at a riverside restaurant. After lunch, continue cycling along a dirt path to the historic French Railway Bridge, crossing over to Don Khon Island for hotel check-in. We then join us on a leisurely cruise searching for the rare and endangered Irrawaddy dolphins, visiting the impressive Leepi Falls, and enjoying views of the Mekong River's channels on your way back to the hotel.
