Can Tho City is the Capital City of Vietnam's Mekong Delta Region and is famous for its bustling floating market. Take a boat trip to the busiest floating market. The market is the highlight of today's activities. Hundreds of boats gather to trade agricultural products, which are from other provinces in the delta.

After breakfast, take a 40-minute boat trip from Ninh Kieu Pier to Cai Rang. Watch hundreds of small boats exchange farm products, from boat to boat. The boat will get through the floating market slowly, so all things on your sight. Every boat has a long upright pole at its bow on which samples of the goods for sale hung on the bamboo sticks with bananas, pineapple, sweet potatoes, watermelons, and so on.

Disembark your boat for a short transfer to the other side of Hau Giang River to Binh Minh for a half-day ride. We cycle through the vast rice paddy fields, explore the Khmer villages, and stop visiting some colourful Khmer temples, and the small workshop produces hats, handbags, indoor sandals, and bins, all made from water hyacinths.
