In the afternoon, we will prepare and check our bikes before setting out on a scenic cycling loop of around 20 km, exploring nearby hill villages. In the evening, enjoy dinner with your group and get ready for the adventures ahead.

Today’s journey is both demanding and deeply rewarding, guiding us further into the heart of the UNESCO-listed Dong Van Karst Plateau Geopark. We begin by descending through peaceful Hmong villages, covering around 10 km along the winding route beside the Lo River. Along the way, we pass vibrant village markets where locals trade fresh, homegrown produce, offering a glimpse into daily life in the highlands.

The road continues to twist like a ribbon, snaking its way down toward Yen Minh, where we pause for a well-earned lunch break. Refreshed, we set off again—gearing up for another climb as the road rises back onto the plateau. This stretch rewards us with dramatic curves and sweeping views, each turn revealing more of the region’s rugged beauty.

As we bike onward, we pass small roadside markets and reach the historic Vuong King Palace, once home to the powerful family that governed this region in the past. By evening, we arrive in Dong Van township, where we settle in for the night, surrounded by the timeless landscapes of northern Vietnam.
