Vietnam Cycling Tours' bike guides are more than just trail leaders — they are also skilled mechanics. Each guide is fully trained in mountain bike repair and is responsible for maintaining the bikes of small groups of 2 to 4 riders throughout the trip. This means you receive not only expert guidance on the trail but also hands-on support to keep your bike running smoothly every day.
Our guides provide full mechanical support throughout the journey, riding alongside the group each day and ensuring that any issues are addressed quickly and efficiently.
For groups of more than five cyclists, a dedicated mechanic accompanies the team from start to finish. Each morning, the mechanic inspects every bike, manages the loading and unloading of bicycles from the support vehicle, and remains available throughout the ride. Whether it's repairing a flat tire, making quick adjustments, or assisting with navigation, the mechanic ensures that every rider receives the support they need to stay on track and enjoy a safe, smooth, and worry-free cycling experience.
