At 7:30 a.m., our team will pick you up from your hotel and transfer you for 1.5 hours to the urban District of Ba Ria. You will then pick up the bikes and follow your leading guide to explore the vibrant countryside, passing pagodas and fruit orchards and undulating the back road through lively villages. Along the routes, we'll visit local farms, view the lush hillsides and calm lakes, and Visit the former Nui Dat Task Force Base- the former Australian camp. It was the location of a prominent 1 ATF military base in South Vietnam during the Vietnam War.
Your guide will tell you about the Long Tan Battle between the Australian Royal Army and the Viet Cong. We then ride through rural villages to the Long Tan Cross-War Memorial. We'll continue cycling through rubber plantations to the Long Phuoc Tunnel. During your visit, you'll visit the kindergarten built by Australian Veterans. The routes are beautiful through lush farmlands, along the lake, and undulating. Following lunch, we resume cycling flat back roads through the vast ride paddy fields of An Nhut, enjoy the stunning views, and say "hello" to farmers working on fields. We'll return to Ho Chi Minh in the late afternoon.
