After a leisurely breakfast, we'll board the Cai Be Princess, cruise along lively river banks, and make a short stop to see cottage industries and family workshops that produce popped rice, pancakes, wine, and various handmade souvenirs from coconut trunks and shells. Then, take your time to have a sampan boat paddled on natural creeks through Tan Phong Island and experience the people's life along small rivers. After 30 minutes of sampan boat rowing, we reboarded on Cai Be Princess and enjoyed the beautiful landscape, crossing the Mekong River to Dong Phu Village- An Binh Island.

We pick up our bikes to explore the vibrant villages of Dong Phu, Binh Hoa Phuoc, and Hoa Ninh. Visit Cai Cuong; it belonged to the landlords before 1975. This is the most beautiful ancient house in Vinh Long. Break at fruit orchards and taste seasonal fruits and wine from fruits and plants. We'll resume cycling across the An Binh Islands, passing small markets and kindergartens, waving kids, and saying hello. Enjoy a delicious lunch at the local home before we have a ferry crossing the Co Chien River to Vinh Long City. A shuttle will transfer us an hour to Can Tho. Check-in at the Victoria Can Tho Hotel.

After breakfast, we'll take a motorboat ride to the Cai Rang floating market, where locals buy and sell everything from wholesale to retail boats. Many sizes of wooden boats from different provinces bring freshly harvested fruit, vegetables, and commodities. Many little spams slowly move around to sell foods: rice, noodle soup, broken rice, coffee, fish sauce, and other ingredients for cooking. We'll pick up our bikes and cycle through My Khanh and Phong Dien Villages. The smooth routes snake the rustic countryside and winding rivers, cross water channels, and finally end up the ride in Phong Dien, have lunch in Can Tho, and have a shuttle bus transfer to Ho Chi Minh.
