After breakfast, set off from the hotel, pedaling along dirt roads that wind across the island and occasionally following the historic French "death railway" path to the ferry dock. Continue cycling toward the Laos-Cambodia border, where your Laos guide will assist with immigration procedures. On the Cambodian side, you'll be greeted by the Cambodian guide and team, ready to lead the next leg of the adventure.
Begin cycling along dirt roads toward O'Svay Community-Based Ecotourism. This rural community offers a genuine glimpse into Cambodian village life. Once at the cycling point, the fun begins. This section of the journey is an off-road experience designed to immerse you in the local environment. We'll ride toward Preah Vihear Temple, explore the temple on foot and continue onwards to the final level, clinging to a cliff face in the Dangrek Mountains, towering hundreds of meters above lowland Cambodia below. The views from this most mountainous of temple mountains are breathtaking. Conclude the day with a transfer to Sra'aem. Check in the hotel.

One of the key highlights of today is the stop at Anlong Veng, a town with deep historical ties to the Khmer Rouge. Here, some of the regime's final battles took place before their eventual surrender to government forces in the late 1990s.
Pol Pot's Grave: The simple, unadorned resting place of the Khmer Rouge leader serves as a reminder of Cambodia's painful past. Ta Mok's House: Known as "The Butcher," Ta Mok was one of the Khmer Rouge's most notorious figures. His house, now a museum, provides insight into the regime's leadership.
