To avoid an early climb up the hill, we hop on a shuttle for a scenic 30-minute transfer to the valley, where we cycle along gracefully curved, winding, and undulating roads through gorgeous rice terraces and dramatic limestone mountain ranges toward Quan Ba. We then continue along the mountain pass to “Heaven’s Gate 1,” where we enjoy breathtaking views of Tam Son Valley and the Twin Hills—one of the most spectacular sights in Ha Giang.

Resuming the journey, we take on the challenging Can Ty Hill, riding across rolling mountains and undulating terrain on serpentine, well-paved roads near the border belt. After a delicious local lunch, we descend into the charming small town of Yen Minh.

Today’s journey feels like a real adventure—an exciting climb into a remote region. The road winds through the mountains, taking us closer to the border and the rich cultures of Vietnam’s ethnic communities.

As we enter the Dong Van Karst Plateau, the scenery changes in a striking way. Curving mountain roads hug steep cliffs, opening up wide, stunning views of this wild and ancient landscape. We stop at the Hmong King Palace, a historic site that shows a unique mix of cultures shaped over many generations. Here, you can see how traditions from Vietnam and China come together in everyday life.

Our journey continues north to the famous Lung Cu Flag Tower, at the northernmost point of Vietnam. From the top, you can enjoy sweeping views of the mountains and even see into the distance beyond the border—a truly memorable moment. At the end of the day, we take a shuttle to the small town of Dong Van, where the peaceful highlands and welcoming local culture offer a perfect place to rest.

Today combines biking and a boat trip for an amazing day. The route passes through a border region of rugged limestone mountains, deep valleys, winding rivers, and villages of ethnic minority groups.

The road curves through tall limestone peaks, green hills, and terraced valleys, going up and down beside the Nho Que River. Around every turn, you see something new—steep cliffs, misty ridges, and deep gorges—before heading down toward the lively town of Meo Vac.

We then turn left toward the river and ride down to Khau Vai Pier. From there, we take a private boat for a one-hour cruise, enjoying the beautiful karst landscape with limestone cliffs rising up to 800 meters high. After the boat trip, we get on a shuttle and transfer to Bao Lac.

The small market town of Bao Lac comes alive early in the morning as colorful ethnic minority communities gather to trade fresh farm produce, livestock, and daily household goods. Just a 10-minute walk from our hotel, the bustling market offers a fascinating glimpse into local life and traditional culture.

After breakfast, we check out and begin a scenic 30 km shuttle drive before starting today’s cycling adventure toward Ba Be National Park. The ride takes us through a spectacular variety of landscapes: rolling green valleys, terraced rice fields, tea plantations, forested mountain roads, and peaceful riverside trails. Along the way, we pass through remote villages and vibrant local markets, including a unique livestock market where villagers trade cows and buffalo.

Today’s ride covers approximately 66 km and offers an unforgettable blend of stunning scenery, rich cultural encounters, and authentic rural life. A picnic lunch or a simple local meal will be enjoyed en route in a small town.

In the afternoon, we transfer briefly from Cho Ra to Ba Be Lake. Upon arrival, we check into our hotel and have time to relax or enjoy a guided exploration around the beautiful lakeside surroundings.

We’ll embark on a captivating 4-hour boat journey, cruising across the serene lake and along the tranquil river. Over centuries, the river has slowly carved through the dramatic limestone karst, creating an impressive natural tunnel adorned with fascinating rock formations.

 Along the way, enjoy an unforgettable kayaking experience and discover the peaceful, authentic lifestyle of the Tay people living by the water. After the boat trip, savor a delicious lunch at a charming local restaurant before transferring back to Hanoi.

On arrival in Dong Hoi early in the morning, you will be picked up by the team and taken to a local restaurant for breakfast, followed by time to relax and enjoy coffee in town at your leisure. We then begin a scenic 1.5-hour shuttle drive to Paradise Cave, one of Vietnam’s most spectacular natural wonders and widely regarded as the longest dry cave in Asia.

After the visit, we continue by shuttle to Phong Nha for a delicious lunch in town. Upon arrival, check in to the hotel, rest for an hour, and then set out to explore the panoramic countryside of Phong Nha.

The afternoon bike ride follows a loop through the peaceful villages on both sides of the river and its winding branches, crossing suspension bridges and passing through verdant farmlands. Along the way, we will also explore a section of the historic Ho Chi Minh Trail. Enjoy dinner and be ready for an early departure the next morning.

It’s a long yet deeply rewarding journey from Phong Nha to Hue, so we’ll set off early at 7:30 a.m. and travel along the scenic freeway toward the historic Vinh Moc Tunnels. After a comfortable two-hour shuttle transfer, we’ll explore the remarkable underground tunnels where local villagers courageously lived during the Vietnam War.

Our journey then continues with a relaxing coastal drive to Cua Viet Beach, where a delicious and freshly prepared seafood lunch awaits. Recharged and refreshed, we’ll hop back on our bikes and ride through breathtaking landscapes of golden sandy beaches, rolling dunes, vibrant fishing villages, and tranquil rural hamlets scattered across gentle flat terrain.

Along the way, we’ll pause to visit ancient pagodas, charming roadside markets, and picturesque countryside scenes before cycling beside the serene Tam Giang Lagoon, where tiny fishing boats drift peacefully across the calm waters. As the sun slowly sets over the lagoon, we’ll board the support vehicle for a comfortable transfer into the imperial city of Hue.

Afterwards, we’ll start the day cycling on the other side of the Huong River. Enjoy an easy warm-up ride through the peaceful countryside. Along the way, pass through small local villages, fruit orchards, and the scenic roads of Vong Canh Hill, where beautiful views open up beside the calm Huong River. Visit the impressive Khai Dinh Mausoleum, famous for its unique mix of Eastern and Western architecture.

The ride continues along scenic roads, passing the Nguyen Anh Mausoleum before reaching the beautiful Minh Mang Mausoleum—a special royal tomb known for its harmony with nature and traditional Vietnamese style, making it one of Hue’s must-see sites. After the excursion, we transfer back to Hue City.

We begin today’s adventure with a short 10-minute transfer out of the city. After collecting the bikes, we ride along smooth concrete paths through peaceful rice fields to the beautiful Thanh Toan Bridge, one of the most charming old wooden bridges in Hue. The bridge is rich in traditional architecture and surrounded by quiet villages and green farmland.

This is a great chance to experience local culture and meet friendly English-speaking villagers, learning more about their daily life and traditions. After taking photos at the scenic bridge, we continue cycling through green countryside and small farming villages toward the beach. We follow the trails to Tu Hien village, where we stop for lunch.

The route is mostly flat, with a gentle climb over rolling hills toward Phuoc Tuong Pass. Later, we take on the famous Hai Van Pass before descending to Da Nang. From there, we have a 1-hour shuttle transfer to Hoi An.
