Cycle Hue to Hoi AN

Today is a moderate ride with most flat paths and undulating back roads; however, Hai Van Pass is the big one with 12km up and 12 down. After breakfast, we take a short vehicle transfer out of the bustling traffic city to a peaceful village. Ride on the fantastic route through the scenic countryside lane and enjoy some of the most impressive landscapes; passing temples, pagodas, rice fields and fishing villages cycle along the well-known Tam Giang Lagoon, across bridges, small towns, hills and family farms. Then we turn on a small path and ride on flat terrain along ocean Vinh Hien before challenging some slight hills to Phuoc Tuong Pass. Finally, enjoy lunch at a seafood restaurant by Lang Co beach.
An option is to be flexible for cyclists who do not want to challenge Hai Van Pass; taking a transfer to the peak of Hai Van Pass to ride the coastal road of Da Nang city. Who love to conquer the Pass, and enjoy breathtaking views! Please continue to rock and roll on your bike, challenge the hills to the peak of Hai van Pass. The rest is on vehicle transfer to Hoi An. An amazing countryside of Hoi An

Hoi An Town is an exceptionally well-preserved example of a Southeast Asian trading port dating from the 15th to the 19th century. The former port city’s melting-pot history is reflected in its architecture, a mix of eras and styles from wooden Chinese and temples to colourful French colonial buildings, ornate Vietnamese tube houses and the iconic Japanese Covered Bridge with its pagoda. There is a half-day ride only, but there are so many things to see and think about. Enjoy wonderful experiences; have some ferry crossings, floating bridges, explore farmers' lives in the Delta of Thu Bon river, see working buffaloes on rice paddy field, stop at a wooden boat made at a local home. Visit some workshop and see how to craft the colourful straw “Hoi An” sleeping mats, handicraft in the countryside of Hoi An. Invited lunch to local home. Return to Hoi An around 2:30 PM.
