Day 01: HCM – Can Duoc - Go Cong – My Tho Dat Mui, Ca Mau
You are picked up at hotels for a 45 minutes transfer by vehiclce to rural village. Today' bicycle riding is divided into 2 different sections. In the morning, your an adventure is to discovery countryside in Long An province. We bike through beautiful, charming villages in countryside of Can Giuoc before we continue exploring the areas which well-know with jasmine rice. Can Duoc district is a major rice producer, particularly Jasmine rice (Nang Thom) which is grown nationwide. But, the most delicious is Nang Thom Cho Dao variety cultivated in My Le commune. The taste is silky, soft and delicate flavor from the unique exotic region because of its. We'll have lunch town of Can Duoc before a ferry taking you to further side of Vam Co River. 
Your ride in the afternoon is to cycle through rural villages of Cho Gao, Tien Giang province. This is a pleasure time you can enjoy scenery, local life and meet friendly locals working on shrimp, fish farms on unique paths along Upper Mekong River. Then, another ferry will taking you to fruit orchards that enable you to enjoy easy ride through green villages, vegetable fields before we end up today' ride at high 50. Then we ride on A/C van to home-stay.

Day 02: My Tho - Ben Tre - Tra Vinh – Soc Trang Mekong trail, Kien Giang
After your breakfast at hotel, a short transfer you to Mo Cay’ rural to experience home land of coconut in the morning. Beautiful countryside with shady pathways gives a lovely ride through water palm plantations, coconut gardens. It has bike paths criss-cross its land and these paths link village to village. Some local ferry boats are small but big enough for you to cross natural creeks. After crossing Co Chien River lunch will be served at restaurant in Tra Vinh city. In the afternoon, you will have a chance to meet Khmer at their home, to stop at colorful temples and to understand Khmer culture. Your guide will lead you ride on back roads, cross ride rice paddy fields, villages of Khmer to Tieu Can where the today’ ride is end up. Then we relax on van/bus to Soc Trang.

Day 03: Soc Trang – Vinh Chau - Bac Lieu Ca Mau to Rach Gia
Today’ cycling adventures are divided into two different separate parts. After we have a stop at Bat pagoda, then we bike to remote in the morning. A beautiful bike ride through gently undulating farmland filled with large shrimp and fish farms. You will enjoy and experience a leisurely way of local life, friendly people in countryside villages until you reach the Vinh Chau town. After lunch in town, we bike through tranquil villages and bustling riverside markets before we reach and cycle on quiet back roads, passing longan fruit orchards and wind farms. This is the first Mekong Delta’ wind power project in Soc Trang and Bac Lieu provinces. There will be a 20 minute transfer to Bac Lieu city.

Day 04: Bac Lieu – Ganh Hao - Ca MauBoat trip to Dat Mui
In the morning, we ride through rice paddies, salt fields and shrimp farms then we continue riding on back roads Ganh Hao. In the afternoon, we cycle on beautiful country roads along Ganh Hao River. After 25km, your guide will figure out, if time permitted, we turn right on small country back roads and keep riding as we can ride as long as we want. Other way is going straight and it’s a short distance to highway 1A. Then get on A/C van/bus for driving to Ca Mau city.

Day 05: Ca Mau – Nam Can – Dat Mui Cape – home-stay 
Ca Mau is Mekong Delta Vietnam's biggest exporter of shrimp and prawns. Dat Mui is end cape of Vietnam and westerners are rarely seen there. We will stay a night at local home and enjoy special meals. The home-stay you stay inThis is a real home-stay that is really different from others in Mekong Delta region. After breakfast, you will have a short transfer by private vehicle to rural village. From here,  today's adventure begins with riding on paths along river, through mangrove forest, banana forest passing local fishing villages, the highlight of today is to have a ferry cross river, passing many houses on stilt and areas which local raising oysters, clams. After we reach to further side of river, our ride will continue onward, ride on paths, get through nipple palm plantation. The areas have salt water all year rounds so locals make money mainly from fishing, both on rivers and sea. Mangrove trees are well-grown here to keep soils and to raise fish as well. Many oysters, clams, shrimp and sea fish are also being raising here after the government built a road linking Nam Can District and Dat Mui, Ngoc Hien Dist.

After lunch in Nam Cang township, a transfer you to Dat Mui, the end cape of Vietnam's southern tip. Stop here for photo taken before going to home-stay by boat. Relax and enjoy Saigon beer until the temperature dropping down to have boat rowed into mangrove to fish with your host.

Day 06: Dat Mui – Nam Can – Ca Mau
The end cape is the southwestern tip of Mekong Delta, Vietnam which features the Vietnamese natural landscapes and cultural characteristics of the south-west.  In the morning, you will have a 3 hour boat ride to explore fishing villages, mudflats, to catch crabs by nest trap and sesarmid crabs. It is an opportunity you can experience and learn the way of earning a living in end cape of Vietnam southern tip. Then we return to home-stay for lunch before we return to Ca Mau city by our private vehicle.

Day 07: Ca Mau – U Minh - Rach Gia
Today ‘ride is easy and lovely ride as we cycle on smooth path through untouched villages, small jungle. Especially, we cycle the real back roads a long remote rivers; see many stilt houses, timber factories, and mangrove forests. We ride past tiny villages that Vietnamese and Chinese and Khmer living along river bank. You can see locals living use boat as main mean transport; cargo boats, water taxi, family high-speed boats with long tailed engine moving from different directions. After we have lunch at local restaurant, we get back to the bikes and continue to hit the path. We choose the best country back road to Tac Cau and have some ferry crossings in rural areas before we follow coastal road to Hoa Rach Gia Resort.

Day 08: Rach Gia – Giong Rieng – Thoi Lai – Can Tho 
From the hotel, we get on local ferry which taking us to rural Dist. We pedal on path along canals, rice paddy field to Tan Hiep before we continue cycling to Thoi Lai via Co Do. Today' lunch will be served at local restaurant at local restaurant on the ways. There are so much thing you could see today such as; cargo boats, rice husking mills, buffaloes and daily life of locals. We bike on a dirt track, through beautiful country roads, pedal past rice fields and a network of manmade canals, witness water activities in the surrounding area. Overnight in Can Tho.

Day 09: Can Tho – Vinh Long – Cai Be - HCM
Can Tho is located in the center of the 12 provinces which make up the Mekong Delta. It is not only famous for rice but is also well-know for it's many floating markets. We'll have an early start by boat to a floating market, then head back to the hotel for breakfast. Transfer for an hour to Vinh Long town where we will cross the Co Chien River. Continue by bike to An Binh. Cycle 17 km to Cai Be town, then enjoy delicious lunch at an ancient house.  After lunch, we will cycle another 15 km on back roads to Cay Lay, Tien Giang province. Transfer to Saigon.
