Day 01: HCM – Ben Tre - Tra Vinh 
After an hour driving on A/C to Tan An town, we explores the countryside of Long An by bike, through Tan Hiep and Than Cuu Nghia villages, ride pass dragon fruit orchards, rice paddy fields, melon  farming land. The area is well-knew as vegetable of villages in Than Cuu Nghia' countryside. Your lunch will be served at local restaurant. There is a transfer to avoid getting hot after lunch and it is also allows you take a nap for the afternoon ride. The easy ride in the after is to start in Mo Cay, to explore lively villages, local activities until we have a ferry crossing to further side of Co Chien River

Day 02: Tra Vinh – Cau Quan – Dai Ngai - Soc Trang 
Tra Vinh and Soc Trang have a big population of Khmer. Most local here mainly leave on farming, gardening. It is an opportunity for you to ride bicycle on path through huge rice fields, canals and a handful of Temple amongst Khmer villages, see the real easy life of locals closed to you. Today we cross two branches of Upper Mekong River to Dai Ngai with two ferries. After lunch in small town, we continue the ride until late afternoon. We will have a wonderful countryside biking through tiny villages and beautiful scenery along rural villages to Soc Trang city

Day 03: Soc Trang –  Vinh Chau - Bac Lieu
Today’ cycling adventures are divided into two different separate parts. After we have a stop at Bat pagoda, then we bike to remote in the morning. A beautiful bike ride through gently undulating farmland filled with large shrimp and fish farms. You will enjoy and experience a leisurely way of local life, friendly people in countryside villages until you reach the Vinh Chau town. After lunch in town, we bike through tranquil villages and bustling riverside markets before we reach and cycle on quiet back roads closed to ocean side to Bac Lieu.

Day 04: Bac Lieu – Nga Bay – Can Tho 
It is a very long way for you to ride from Bac Lieu to Can Tho via Nga Bay so your guide will choose the best route to accommodate your morning’ bicycle riding. We start riding from urban Dist not far from Bac Lieu town. We cycle pass many peaceful villages with Chinese, Vietnam and Khmer living together. See different life styles of local, and experience techniques of growing different kinds of vegetable. Ride over small wooden bridges, see working buffaloes on farm. We’ll have lunch in Nga Nam town and will continue cycling onward to Nga Bay. Then we get on van/bus for a transfer to Can Tho.

Day 05: Can Tho – Phong Dien – Tho Lai – Co Do - Long Xuyen 
Today' ride is along day for us but flexible distance allows you to choice the best or riding all the way. We will take a boat trip to famous Cai Rang floating market before cycling on rural country road cross small natural rivers, ride alongside some rivers, and authentic villages. We stop for coffee break at Phong Dien. Then we will ride on tiny concrete paths alongside many small/big rivers to Tho Lai. By cycling, you can see rivers used as a means of travel or transport in the area such as wooden cargo boats, water taxi, grocery boats and rowing boats are moving busily up and down. Your lunch is reserved at local as planned. Then we take dirt track, trails through agricultural irrigation canals to rural area of Long Xuyen city. The afternoon ride enables you to see farmers raising ducks on both farming lands and canals.  Besides these activities, can see some frog and eel farms at home of local. We get on the van for a short transfer to Long Xuyen city.

Day 06: Long Xuyen – Chi Lang – Ba Chuc – Ha Tien 
The type of local’s living we see today is also more characteristic than the places you have been and seen. In the morning ride, you will cycle on quiet country road through local factories making bricks, local markets and meet local who rarely see westerners over here. After lunch, we will cycle on dirt track crossing manmade canals, rice paddies to Chi Lang then we continue riding on hilly country back roads to Ba Chu village. Stopping and walking to memorial of killing field before we continue cycling Ha Tien

Day 07: Ha Tien – Xa Xia – Kep – Kampot 
Today we will have a van taking us to Xa Xia border to meet Cambodia team. After lunch, we take a gentle 35kms of cycling which will bring us to Kep. Formerly a popular French resort town, the seaside resort was practically abandoned to the wilderness, and take lunch time at Kep town. Then we continue cycling through Kampot Pepper Farm follow the countryside road and with a really nice few of the local life then continue to Kampot is a small lay back town, quiet but a charming city with some beautiful colonial buildings and houses remain to be seen. People mostly are living on fishing, some are cultivating salt from sea-water and other near to fresh water cannels are cultivating rice and check in hotel.

Day 08: Kampot Mountain Biking – Phnom Penh
We start our mountain biking from hotel. We follow coastal back roads until we reach to National High way 3 then, we keep cycling further and to turn left and continue biking on small route until reach to road 32. Stop for coffee break have some snacks, fruits as we get energy to ride uphill to Bokor Hill Station, spending time explore many remain sites by bike and on foot. If you really love to rock and roll on single track! Then we have a downhill ride on track to highway. Get on van and go for lunch before a transfer taking you to Phnom Penh.

Day 09: Phnom Penh - Siem Reap
Today’ cycling is 30 km only because we spend more time on driving to Siem Reap before dark. After an hour transfer you to rural area of Kampong Thom for morning riding. We start cycling on back roads, pass villages, rice paddy fields and have lunch before we spend time A/C van to Siem Reap in late afternoon.

From July to Feb: A transfer you to high speed boat station, enjoy a 6 hour boat ride crossing Tonle Sap to Siem Reap. Enjoy sunset at Angkor Watt

Day 10: See Angkor complex by bike 
From the hotel we have van/bus transfer through Angkor pass check point, then we ride on shady road. There will be many stops; see Kravan temple, Banteay Kdei, and the famous Ta Phrom, which had hold by the roots of enormous fig trees and gigantic creepers. Then we continue cycling to Angkor Watt and spending time to discover the main Temple before going back to hotel by van/bus. Tour End!
